333 - Red Pendant

From 365 Project
I saw this red pendant light while eating lunch today and took a closeup photo. The texture in the red glass shade produces different shades of red. Canon G10, 1/160 sec @ f/4.5, ISO 200 under exposed from the camera's meter reading by 2 full stops.

Really fun, eye-catching shot! The camera was probably metering on the bulb if you had to underexpose. I love the way it came out though.

Thanks Cait, The meter was playing tricks because I was zoomed all the way out so that bright light bulb in the center just dominated. Great thing about digital - shoot one, look, adjust and shoot another - repeat cycle until desired results are achieved.
