- My helper Sasha was watching over my every move as I post-processed some pictures for the blog. Her reward, seeing herself on the screen. She loves to look at herself in the mirror or in pictures - she seems to be thinking "man that's one good looking kitty". Canon 40D, 1/13 sec @ f/2.8, ISO 800. A little ear twitch and a slow exposure make this a less than purfect shot.

Blue Eyes

- Don't you just love those blue eyes! They belong to our cat Sasha. She sits on the computer table each day as I check my email and at night when I'm updating the blog, so I'd thought I'd let her see herself today. Canon 40D, 1/30 sec @ f/4.5, ISO 800, 50mm macro lens.

It was a snowy afternoon, good for curling up and taking a nap. Sasha took advantage of Cindy's lap while she was reading to do just that. Make's you sleepy just looking at her, doesn't it? Canon 7D, 1/15 sec @ f/2.0, ISO 800, 50mm prime lens.

Meet Sasha

This is Sasha the newest member of our family. She is a 3 1/2 month old natural point Tonkinese kitten we adopted today from Jean and Ed Delano in Warsaw Virginia. We have never had a cat before but she is winning us over pretty quickly. Canon 7D, 1/320 sec @ f/1.8, ISO 800, 50mm prime lens.
