151 - Night Light

The street lights and stoplights sparkle in this long exposure of a night street scene. A ghostly bicyclist leaves a wobbly read streak from his taillight. Canon 40D, 55mm, 5 secs @f/20.0, ISO 100 mounted on a tripod.

Joanna, thanks for the comments. The only filter on the lens for this shot was a basic UV filter. I was surprised by the star effect. Sometimes you plan for the effect and other times you just get surprised. In this case, what a nice surprise.
